The amazing thing is that Jes recognises all body image issues. So, technically this book isn’t just for overweight people. It’s for skinny people who society deems too thin, invalids and cripples, men who aren’t muscular enough etc.

Jes sheds light on each issue and lovingly opens your mind to the ugly nature of body shaming. As you will realise as you read more, although you should already know it, no body is perfect.
