Ingredients For Pumpkin Spice Latte recipe:
- 1 1/2 tablespoons sugar (if you don’t want to use sugar, you can use 2 teaspoons of maple syrup to sweeten).
- 2 tablespoons pumpkin purée.
- 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice.
- 1/2 cup brewed coffee OR espresso. (I use Keurig and Nespresso respectively).
- 1/2 cups milk.
- 1-1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract.
Instructions:
- In a saucepan add in all of your ingredients.
- Stir and bring the ingredients to a simmer.
- Take the saucepan off the heat and pour the mixture through a fine mesh sieve/strainer to remove any thicker pieces of pumpkin and clumped spices.
- Serve in a mug with whipped cream and a sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice or cinnamon. Enjoy!
Simply heat your milk of choice, some pumpkin puree, maple syrup or honey, and vanilla extract over the stove. Pour into a mug with hot coffee or an espresso shot (or two), and voilà!
