How I Make Smoothies:

Before I list the smoothies for weight loss, I want to tell you how I make mine. I use this mega blender/ food processor to make my smoothies. I like it because it’s large and can be used for smoothies, cocktails, sauces, dips, chopping, and prepping dough.

Making smoothies is simple. All I do is add all ingredients to the blender (if I’m using large fruit I cut into pieces), then blend until smooth. If I want to make the weight loss smoothie cold, I either freeze the fruit before blending, buy frozen fruit or add half a cup of ice. Get the blender.
