Being an artiste is a great deal of work. There are elements of writing, singing, stage performance, dancing, and (as if it wasn’t enough work already) marketing.
Artistes do a lot of stylish marketing to boost sales of their projects. For instance, Nicki Minaj’s frequent twitter spats is mostly to generate publicity around her brand and increase sales of her album, Queen.
In this vein, Cardi B (rapper extraordinaire, Kulture’s mom etc), just thought of an ingenious way to increase sales of her songs and videos. It’s so mindblowing and funny, we’re giggling so much. Can you guess how? She’s marketing them as cures for common female sex-related issues.
