You might not have heard of Chelsea Perkins but with the release of her EP Shine, you probably will. Chelsea is the singer that will remind you of music you grew up listening to. Particularly, young Britney Spears.
Shine contains three singles with no features. This EP is a female anthem, there are songs reminding girls that boys abound, and the third song, Jewel says that girls should always remember that they are jewels.
Chelsea Perkins sings with a smooth, soft yet confident croon that will have you swaying and paying attention at the same time. The second single, Shine is a message to boys, reminding them that they should change negative habits before it’s too late.
